Shipping & Returns


Returns & Refunds
You may return unopened stock items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.  Some items may be subject to a re-stocking fee; items must be unused and in resalable condition for credit. All non-stock items cannot be returned. If there was a problem with the product or you think you may have received the wrong product in error, you may be asked to submit photos of the item you received. Please note that items cannot be returned once they are opened or used.


We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

  It does usually take a shorter amount of time, but we do have to preface the return with a maximum amount of time.

All orders are processed with 3 to 5 business days. All orders are shipped to arrive within 7 to 10 business days. However, often limited quantities may cause a delay. In the rare case that a product is back ordered, items will be shipped as soon as possible. Some shipments can take as long as 4 to 6 weeks.
